The Delilah DS150HD is a heavy-duty spinning disc muck spreader designed for accurate, wide, and consistent material application. Built for demanding conditions, it combines robust construction with advanced drivetrain and spreading technology to deliver reliable performance and long service life.

The spreader is fitted with a hydraulically operated RT1000 gearbox, providing a consistent material feed and a reverse function for safe object removal. A canopy rubber lining reduces material adhesion, while the 21-tonne sprung drawbar enhances stability during transport and operation.

Spreading is handled by twin horizontal beaters fitted with Boron steel tips, feeding onto heavy-duty HARDOX spinning discs with multi-position Boron blades, allowing precise control of spread pattern and width. 7-tooth floor sprockets improve durability, while full-width floor slats ensure smooth material flow and help prevent bridging.

Maintenance is simplified with remote greasing points and automatic chain lubrication, reducing wear and downtime. A hydraulic rear canopy door improves access for composting and servicing, and a hydraulic slurry door adds versatility for different material types. The Ø50mm swivel towing hitch improves manoeuvrability, particularly when working on uneven ground.
